Orapeleng is the General Manager – Finance of DIMENSION DATA BOTSWANA, who has been with it since 2014 to present. He graduated from the University of Botswana with a Bachelor of Accounting in 2004, became a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and an Associate Certified Professional member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACPA). He also attained his MBA in Leadership and Sustainability from University of Cambria (UK) in 2022.

Orapeleng has about 17 years of Accounting and Financial Management experience from telecommunications, power generation and distribution and information technology services industries. He has 13 years of financial leadership experience with a commonsense approach and fairness to business management. He has been instrumental in financial turnaround strategies for Botswana Power Corporation and Dimension Data.
